Capital Properties today announced a quarterly gross dividend of 2.25 cents per share comprising cash of 1.90 and imputation credits of 0.35 cents per share. This dividend represents the first quarterly dividend for the three months ending 30 June 2004 and results in total cash dividends paid for the year to date of 1.90 cents per share with imputation credits of 0.35 cents attached.
The record date for the dividend is 3 September 2004 and the payment will be made on 17 September 2004.
