Software of Excellence appoints new director
Mr Roger Sharp has been appointed a director of Software of Excellence International Ltd. Mr Sharp is the Managing Director of Co-Investor Private Equity Pty Limited, a Sydney-based active investor in smaller listed Australian and New Zealand companies.
Co-Investor is now a cornerstone shareholder in SOEI.
Before forming Co-Investor Private Equity, Mr Sharp was a senior executive of ABN AMRO Bank where he held the roles of Global Head of the Technology Sector in London, and CEO of ABN AMRO Asia based in Hong Kong. Prior to that he was an investment banker in New Zealand, Australia and Asia.
The company also announces that Mrs Clare Kent, a director since May 2001, has retired from the board, but will continue as the company's International Sales Director and act as an alternate director for Mr Errol Kent, the company's International Marketing Director.
