Kellogg’s Recalls Just Right Just Grains

Kellogg’s Just Right Just Grains Voluntary Recall

ALL BEST BEFORE DATES UP TO AND INCLUDING SEPTEMBER 2005 (shown as SEP 05 16)

Kellogg (Aust.) Pty Ltd is voluntarily recalling all best before dates up to and including September 2005 (shown as SEP 05 16) of Kellogg’s Just Right Just Grains 510g cereal packs in both Australia and New Zealand because some packs may contain small amounts of almonds, soy and sulphite not stated on the packs.

IMPORTANT: The packs can be easily identified by the blue coloured packaging. No other Just Right varieties or other Kellogg products are affected by this recall.

Kellogg’s first and overriding concern is always the safety of our consumers and quality of our products. Kellogg recognises that the consumption of these ingredients could present a serious issue for a small percentage of the population who have allergens or intolerances.

Consumers with an allergy or intolerance to these ingredients should not consume the product and should consult their doctor if they have any concerns.

Consumers not allergic or intolerant to these ingredients can safely consume Kellogg’s Just Right Just Grains.

The introduction of these ingredients in the Kellogg’s Just Right Just Grains cereal was due to a product mixing issue in the manufacturing process.

Kellogg is undertaking a full review of manufacturing procedures and processes to rectify this issue.

We ask anyone with family and friends who are sensitive to almonds, soy or sulphite to contact them in case they may not be aware of this recall.

Kellogg apologises to all of our consumers. We encourage anyone concerned to return their Just Right Just Grains pack to the store of purchase for a full refund or call the Kellogg Consumer Contact Centre on 1800 000 474 in Australia and 0800 881 889 in New Zealand for further information.
