Evers-Swindell Sisters Present Perfect Match Minis

Evers-Swindell Sisters Present Perfect Match Minis

New Zealand, December 7, 2004 – It made perfect sense that 2004 Olympic champions Caroline and Georgina Evers-Swindell, were on hand to present two brand new BMW Mini Cooper cars to the HP Perfect Match competition winner, Yvonne Morgan.

The dynamic duo pulled up in the BMW Mini Cooper cars at Team McMillan in Newmarket and handed the keys to Yvonne who purchased two HP ink cartridges from Warehouse Stationery and went into the draw to win.

“I just couldn’t believe my luck. Who would have thought that buying my HP cartridges would also give me two Mini Coopers!” said Ms Morgan.

For HP, the promotion illustrated the benefits of matching HP original inks with HP printers.

“We want our customers to get the most out of their HP printers and the Perfect Match competition was a fun way to educate them about the benefits of using HP printers and supplies together to get better results,” said Duncan Kirkman, HP Supplies Market Development Manager.

“Cartridges actually perform 70 per cent of the work when it comes to printing. Independent studies show that on average, HP original black inkjet cartridges are nine times more reliable than leading worldwide remanufactured brands. This jumps to 50 times more reliable for HP original colour inkjet print cartridges.

When customers ask us about refilled cartridges, we encourage them to consider the long term benefits to their printer and longevity of what they are printing, by choosing original inks. HP 100% recycles all its ink cartridges so there is also benefit to the environment in using HP originals.”

Ms. Morgan and her husband chose to drive the new BMW Mini Coopers home to Hamilton following the event.
