Westpac Banking Corporation 2004 Annual General Meeting

On Thursday, 16 December 2004, Westpac Banking Corporation will hold its Annual General Meeting at the Carlton Hotel in Auckland, New Zealand.

The meeting, to be held in the Ballroom, Level 3, will commence at 2.30pm. A media conference in the Board Room, Level 3, will follow the meeting.

Journalists are invited to attend, but are required to register at the Media Desk- outside the Ballroom, Level 3, at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting.

Photographers and camera crew will be required to leave following the Chairman and CEO’s speeches. No radio recording equipment is allowed in the auditorium following the formal speeches. Photographers and camera crew should meet at the Media Desk to register and gain access to the auditorium at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting.
