CPNZ New Director

The Board of Capital Properties New Zealand Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of James Ogden as an additional Director of the Company as from 1st March 2005. Mr Ogden brings to the Capital Properties Board a wide range of financial accounting and commercial skills and experience. He is a Director of New Zealand Post Limited, Kiwibank Limited, Agriquality Limited, Australasian Hotel Holdings Limited and a number of other companies and organisations.

Previous roles include directorships of Powerco Limited and Macquarie New Zealand Limited.

Mr Ogden is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Finance Professionals and a former New Zealand Stock Exchange Broker, and is a financial and business consultant residing in Wellington.
