Calavrias To Join Rangitira Board

Nick Calavrias has accepted an invitation to join the board of Wellington-based investment company Rangatira Limited.

Mr Calavrias is the Chief Executive Officer of Steel and Tube Holdings Limited and is a member of the New Zealand Business Roundtable.

Rangatira Chairman, Murray Gough, said he is delighted that Nick Calavrias has accepted the role and believes his skills and experience will be of great value to Rangatira’s board and management. Rangatira is an investment company with significant stakes in a number of successful unlisted businesses.

Mr Calavrias’ appointment commences on 1 April 2005.
