Staff Appointments for First Assistance

First Assistance, New Zealand’s leading provider of dedicated travel/medical, roadside, property or business assistance has made two new staff appointments.

Wendy Pugh has been appointed as Client Services Manager for First Assistance. Her role entails managing client relationships, project management and implementation of new business opportunities. Wendy was previously key account manager for Post Haste Ltd’s Castles Parcel brand.

Stephen Sylvester has been appointed to the role of Network Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining the First Assistance provider network for roadside and property assistance throughout New Zealand.
