Management Appointment for First Assistance

First Assistance, New Zealand’s leading provider of dedicated travel/medical, roadside, property, business and claims assistance has appointed Charlie Robertson ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) to the role of Head of Third Party Administration (TPA) and Network Development.

Charlie will be responsible for developing and managing the TPA business operations for clients with a focus on motor risk management, property, health and travel insurance claim services, as well as supporting business operations through the strategic development of national and international medical and trade provider networks.

Charlie previously held a senior leadership position as Head of Service Centre Operations for NZI, a division of IAG New Zealand.
