Graeme Edwards Appointed Public Trust General Counsel, Corporate
Public Trust has appointed Graeme Edwards to the role of General Counsel, Corporate.
Public Trust chief executive Pat Waite said, “We are delighted to have someone of Graeme’s calibre in this position. Graeme has extensive commercial and legal experience, and brings a wealth of knowledge to this position as well as an established, well respected reputation within legal circles and the financial services industry.”
Graeme has held various corporate legal and executive management positions in the financial services sector in New Zealand and Australia. He has also worked for a national law firm and, more recently, has operated his own consultancy business.
“Public Trust welcomes Graeme’s excellent knowledge of the New Zealand financial services environment. His executive management team experience and a strong understanding of the corporate trustee market will be of great benefit to Public Trust,” Pat Waite said.
