Unprecedented Interest In Gisborne Estate To Create A Most Fascinating Auction

The sale of one of this country’s most breathtaking properties near Gisborne has generated unprecedented interest with the auction still 6 weeks away.

Over 30 buyers have expressed serious interest in the 65-hectare property, adjacent the historical landmark, Young Nicks Head, 20 kms south of Gisborne township.

According to property agent David Egan from Harveys Gisborne, there has been an even split between foreign and New Zealand potential purchasers. “Normally with a property of this category we would expect to see a predominantly foreign clientele,” he says.
