Mazda NZ Appoints Product And CRM Manager
Mazda New Zealand has appointed Glenn Harris as Product and CRM (Customer Relationship) Manager.
Glenn joins Mazda to implement a major CRM programme and also take responsibility of product management of the new generation Mazda product that is having huge success in the market.
Prior to his appointment Glenn was Manager of Customer Services at LSG Skychefs NZ Limited and prior to that he played a key role involving the strategic direction of Air New Zealand’s loyalty marketing and customer relationship management.
