Provenco Secures Additional International Sales

Provenco Group’s international retail automation division has secured new international orders for its outdoor payment terminals and related equipment and services, valued at approximately NZ$6 million.

The Chief Executive of Provenco Group Limited (NZX:PVO), David Ritchie, today announced the deal which will see a further order of outdoor payment terminals (EFTPOS at the pump) installed progressively in Asia over the coming year.

“The new order comes on the back of the manufacture and deployment of over 5,000 outdoor payment terminals throughout Malaysia last year. This order reflects strong endorsement of the EMV (chip card) technologies and leadership role that Provenco has established in the important international markets for the retail oil industry,” said Mr Ritchie.

The terminals will be manufactured in Christchurch.
