Edmonds Launches Two Unique Mixes

Lemon Tartlets With Sweet Shortcrust Pastry and Muesli Slice With Icing

For delicious homemade treats without the fuss of baking from scratch, New Zealand's leading baking brand, Edmonds, has launched two delicious new mixes offering something quite different!

New Edmonds Lemon Tartlets and Muesli Slice with Icing provide the first ready-to-use lemon filling, the first sweet shortcrust pastry and the first Muesli slice available in mixes. Both new products have been inspired by the Edmonds Cookery Book.

Edmonds Brand Manager Josephine Coles says the two new mixes complement an already diverse range of 15 classic Kiwi recipes.

"We are really excited about offering something different in mixes. Like the rest of the Edmonds' mixes range, both products make baking easy and fun, and are also guaranteed to produce high quality results that are sure to impress even the most discerning palate," says Josephine. Therefore they are perfect if you want to whip up something special for friends or family".

For a dessert that is sure to impress, try new Lemon Tartlets with a dollop of whipped cream or, for a yummy sweet treat to liven up school lunchboxes, try Muesli Slice with Icing. There is nothing more delicious - or more simple and fun to prepare!

The new Edmonds mixes are available from supermarkets nationwide with a recommended retail price of $3.99 each.
