Auckland, 8 July 2005 –Tenon announced today that its 2005 Annual Shareholders Meeting is to be held at 2:00pm on Friday, 4 November in Auckland. Shareholders will be advised of the venue in due course. The opening and closing dates for the nomination of directors under New Zealand Exchange Listing Rule 3.3.2 are 1 August and 6 September 2005 respectively.
