Cancellation Arrangements In Place Following London Explosions
Singapore Airlines (SIA) New Zealand has made special cancellation and postponement arrangements for travellers to London concerned about yesterday’s explosions. In view of the incidents and the effects on the city’s transport system, SIA passengers booked to travel to London up to and including Thursday 14 July may either:
-
Cancel their bookings and receive a refund with no penalty;
- Defer their booking to a later date without
penalty as long as travel is within the same season. For
travel in lower seasons no refund will apply but any reissue
fees will be waived;
- Reroute, without penalty, to another SIA online European point, provided additional collection is made for any difference in surcharges and taxes. This arrangement will be reviewed next week and the airline’s service to London Heathrow is operating as normal.
