Waatea 603am - Election Coverage 2005
In conjunction with Te Mangai Paho, Waatea 603am will be broadcasting weekly 2 hour bi-lingual specials on the Maori electorates.
Candidates for the Maori seats will debate their party policies and additional commentary will be heard from key spokespeople within the region. A post election show will air on Sunday September 18th.
Political commentators Duncan Garner and Rereata Makiha will feature weekly.
Willie Jackson will host the first hour in English. The second hour in te reo Maori will be hosted by Kingi Taurua.
