The Great Morality Debate - a Taste of Where New Zealand's Moral Compass is Pointing -

Christian Heritage voters are more likely to admit to watching porn than voters for any other party

* Wellingtonians are consistently much more liberal on sex, drugs and knocking off their partners (euthanasia) than the rest of the nation

* More than one in four men said they might cheat on their partner

* One third of respondents are uncomfortable with the idea of having a gay teacher teaching their child

These are just some of the surprising results uncovered by the Sunday Star-Times in a massive nation-wide morality survey.

In a staggering response over 10,000 New Zealanders took part in the independent survey and a surprising two thirds said moral issues mattered enough to influence their vote this election.
