MERGER WITH PYNE

Wrightson Limited shareholders have approved the proposed merger with Pyne Gould Guinness, at a special meeting in Auckland today.
99.82 percent of those who voted at the meeting endorsed the merger proposal.
Pyne Gould Guinness shareholders will vote on the merger at a special meeting this Friday, 23 September.
