Shape of new Government makes sense
The Prime Minister's announcement on the shape of the new government makes sense and is welcome, the Employers & Manufacturers Association (Northern) says.
"Business will be pleased a government has been formed without the direct involvement of the Greens," said Alasdair Thompson, EMA's chief executive.
"Retaining Messrs Dunne and Peters as ministers outside Cabinet with collective responsibility only in the areas of their portfolio is also constructive.
"EMA wishes the new government well.
"We are looking forward to confirmation of the new Government's commitment to economic growth through innovation and productivity in the speech from the throne."
