Publication of Influenza Pandemic Planning Information for Business Continuity
Two separate sets of information on business continuity planning are being released today, Thursday 20 October.
1. A Pandemic Planning Guide for Businesses, which contains a range of information to assist in business continuity planning for the impact of a possible influenza pandemic.
This will be published on the Government’s web portal at 10am. It can be found at www.govt.nz.
2. A Pandemic Planning
Information Kit for business continuity for
infrastructure
providers in the energy, communications,
transport, water and waste sectors. This contains a version
of the Planning Guide for infrastructure providers and some
associated documents to assist their planning.
The Information Kit will be published on the Ministry of Economic Development’s website at 10am, with links from the Ministry of Health’s and the Ministry of Transport’s websites. It can be found at http://www.med.govt.nz/irdev/econ_dev/pandemic-planning/.
