Bali ticket promotion to reward NZ loyalty
Bali ticket promotion to reward NZ loyalty
Indonesian national airline Garuda Indonesia has moved to clarify the international offer of 10,000 promotional tickets to Bali as part of a planned recovery programme for the island holiday destination.
It has confirmed that 5,000 of these tickets are for domestic travel and 5,000 for international markets, with about 2000 going to Australia and New Zealand consumers in the Australasian share of the multinational programme.
The manner in which the tickets are distributed to Australian and New Zealand residents will also vary from other international markets because of differences in regulations pertaining to the operation of lotteries Down Under.
In New Zealand and Australia the provision of tickets for no cost other than taxes will be linked to a purchase of tickets, thereby rewarding people who continue to support both the airline and the destination.
The conditions and implementation of the promotion are still being finalised and the airline expects to release full details in the very near future.
