Sold signs on half of Queenstown Development

Sold signs on half of stunning Queenstown lifestyle development

Sold signs have gone up on nine of the 18 sites ranging in size from 1.4 to 5 hectares, comprising the Precipice Creek lifestyle development at Glenorchy in Queenstown.

Titan 1, the property investment company developing Precipice Creek in partnership with the Goodman family and Ian Pillans of Dunedin, specialises in residential and country estate subdivisions with lakeside, beach-front or spectacular scenery.

Managing director, John Pendergast, says panoramic views and proximity to Queenstown are key attractions for buyers.

“Precipice Creek is just three minutes to Glenorchy and a 35-minute scenic drive to Queenstown. With land in Queenstown at a premium, Precipice Creek offers a scenic alternative at a reasonable price.

“The elevated north-facing sites have sweeping views of the Humboldt Mountains, Mt Earnslaw and the Dart River mouth. Lifestyle properties are in demand, particularly in areas like this with such spectacular scenery,” says John Pendergast.

Titan 1 recently announced a partnership with Terrace Downs, a Canterbury high country resort and golf course, which will see remaining stages of the complex completed. Titan 1 also has a residential development adjoining the Jack Nicklaus golf course in Taupo.
