The Paymark EFTPOS network is now fully operational following an outage earlier this afternoon. Paymark EFTPOS sincerely apologises to merchants and card issuers connected to the network and to their customers for the inconvenience caused by this outage.
The outage was caused by a hardware failure at around 12:50 pm today which caused performance to degrade to the point where we had to restart the system. The system was fully restored at around 3 pm
