iServe Wins Hitwise Online Performance Award

iSERVE has been recognised as the number one website in 2005 for domain registration and web hosting in New Zealand by international Internet ranking agency, Hitwise.

At the Hitwise Online Performance Awards ceremony held in Auckland last night (Thursday February 2) iSERVE.co.nz won the award for the most popular website in the domain registration and web hosting category.

Held for the first time in New Zealand, the annual awards announced 2005’s most visited websites across all industries, based on market share of visits from Internet users in New Zealand.

iSERVE General Manager Joy Cottle said the award reflected iSERVE’s commitment to providing innovative products and a high level of customer service. “This award re-affirms our popularity as one of New Zealand's biggest web hosting companies,” she said. “The Hitwise rankings are a good measure of how many people come to our site and do business in our category compared to our competitors.

“Since October 2002, when we first received the Hitwise number one quarterly award in our category, we have consistently held that place and extended our lead considerably.”

The Lower-Hutt based company was formed in 2001 and has built up a large and loyal customer base.
