Diane Foreman joins Charlie’s board

Premium beverage company Charlie’s Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Auckland-based company director Diane Foreman to its board of directors.

Diane Foreman is chairman and chief executive officer of the Emerald Group of Companies, an investment group with interests in a range of businesses in New Zealand and internationally.

Mrs Foreman is a director of Health Care Holdings Limited (the holding company for Mercy Ascot Hospitals), and Emergent (an executive leasing and recruitment business). She is chairman of New Zealand Natural (an ice cream franchise business with more than 300 outlets internationally). She was previously chief executive officer and a director of Trigon Industries (a plastics manufacturer based in Auckland and with manufacturing and sales locations in Europe, the United States and Australia).

Charlie’s chairman Roger Gower said the board was very pleased to have attracted a new director with a strong record of performance in growing businesses in a range of industries in New Zealand and overseas.
