New senior associate for Minter
Ellison Rudd Watts

Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, has appointed Arran McCowatt as a senior associate in their Auckland Banking and Finance Team.
Arran advises on a broad range of banking and finance matters with a focus on structured and asset finance. His experience includes advising financiers, borrowers and arrangers on cross border leasing transactions, secured loan financings and other tax efficient funding structures.
Prior to joining Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Arran worked in the London office of the international law firm, Lovells and before that with other major New Zealand law firms. He has also worked on secondment for Lloyds TSB in London and ALSTOM Transport in Paris.
