CCH to respond to LPC target statement

Christchurch City Holdings Ltd (CCHL) has this morning received the Lyttelton Port Company LPC target statement and independent directors' report relating to CCHL's offer to port company shareholders. CCHL is now considering this information and expects to respond to it later today, by media release.
