Optimation enters major strategic partnership

Optimation enters major strategic partnership with Satyam Computer Services
Alliance brings global scale, deep industry experience and breadth of capability
Optimation has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), a leading global consulting and IT services provider. Optimation will be the exclusive representative for Satyam in New Zealand.

Together, Optimation and Satyam will leverage their local and international capabilities to help New Zealand companies optimise their use of technology as an enabler for business.

Optimation chief executive Neil Butler says, "Our partnership is unique in that it will allow New Zealand companies to make the most of global trends towards outsourcing while avoiding the downsides. The strategic partnership is built on a six-year working relationship between Optimation and Satyam, which has resulted in the development of the Equip utilities billing software suite amongst other successful projects.
