Wine Trade Online Finalist in BNZ Waitakere City Business Awards 2006

Wine Trade Online Limited has been named as a finalist in the Bank of New Zealand Waitakere City Business Awards for the second consecutive year.
This year Wine Trade Online has reached the finals in three categories; Best Innovative Company Business Award, Product Design and Development Business Award and Excellence in Service Business Award.

The Bank of New Zealand Waitakere City Business Awards is an annual event where Waitakere businesses are acknowledged for their outstanding accomplishments. The Awards are facilitated by Enterprise Waitakere - the city's business development agency that actively promotes sustainable business development and employment growth within Waitakere.

A panel of nine commercially astute judges select finalists in eleven categories ranging from Best Small Business to the Export Award.

The Best Innovative Company Business Award is sponsored by Vector and recognises a business that demonstrates year on year business growth through innovation and by developing new products or services, or improved processes for delivering existing products or services.

The Product Design and Development Business Award, sponsored by Unitec, recognises the outstanding use of design in a product, service or brand and/or its delivery or promotion, including packaging, advertising, collateral, website development and events.

The Excellence in Service Business Award is sponsored by The Trusts (West Auckland Licensing Trusts) and recognises a business that demonstrates year on year business growth from consistent dedication to superlative service.

The Bank of New Zealand Waitakere Business Awards winners will be announced at a black tie Gala Dinner at the Trusts Stadium on 12 May.
