New Step For Ad Agency
Monday, 22 May 2006. Advertising agency TBWA\Whybin has created a new entity TBWA\Whybin PR and Kelly Bennett has been appointed to head it up.
Kelly Bennett joins fresh from a senior communications role within the world’s fourth largest financial services organisation, the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Prior to that he was Global Communications Manager for British management consultancy ERM, where he was responsible for internal and external communications in 34 countries.
While in the UK he also worked on communications and brand strategy campaigns for Bass plc and National Australia Group. His most recent work experience in New Zealand (prior to his five year stint in the UK) was as PR Manager for DB Breweries.
“TBWA is a prestigious outfit, filled with great people who look after extraordinary clients – it’s an exciting opportunity,” he says.
“Kelly brings an international dimension to our pr offer and we are thrilled to have someone with such experience leading this team,” said David Walden, CEO of TBWA\Whybin in New Zealand. Angela Griffen will continue running FRANK\ and will be focusing on strategic advice and services on a number of projects.
