A timeclock that follows your staff…

In today’s flexible business environment, many employers manage workforces that operate remotely or on multiple sites that may not be suited to the traditional timeclock style of record keeping.

So Comacc created the weather resistant, battery powered Portable Timeclock to allow staff to clock on and off anywhere, anytime.

Then as required – be it daily or weekly, the unit is returned to base for the data to be downloaded to the Comacc Time & AttendanceTM system for analysis.

Hours worked, overtime and allowances are calculated and passed onto a payroll and/or job costing application for processing, streamlining all the information needed to manage a business workforce.

“And with a rechargeable battery life of 7-10 days it can be used in extreme environments like construction sites or Marine projects, away from a ready power source,” says Nathan.

While the Comacc Portable TimeclockTM has been designed to be carried, it also comes with a wall-mounting bracket - making it an inexpensive alternative to the traditional wall mounted punchclock.

“Now your timeclock can go anywhere your staff go,” says Nathan.
