Tokoroa Is Tops Again
Twelve months after they stole the thunder from the bigger offices, Tokoroa was voted ‘Top for Number of Sales Overall’ at the 2006 Harveys Annual Real Estate Awards.
With a sales staff of less than five sales people and a small catchment area, Tokoroa not only won their category with 186 during the year, they were voted No 1 overall for the second consecutive year, based on the total sales divided by the number of sales people.
Just for good measure manager Linda Churchill and fellow sales reps, Frank Van De Ven and Henry Pukeroa featured in a number of the ‘Top 10 Overall’ individual awards.
According to Linda Churchill “the whole office is thrilled to retain the title after working so hard over the past year. We have a great team culture and a huge team spirit. Everyone enjoys coming to work, that has a huge role to play in our success,” she says.
Harveys Director, Ross Barraclough, says “Tokoroa’s achievement is a great credit to Linda and the rest of the team. To maintain that high volume of sales is a superb effort.”
Linda says the Tokoroa real estate market is very boisterous at present and she is looking to grow the sales team and increase the total number of sales in the next 12 months.
