Attached is a ranking of the top New Zealand websites based on average visit lengths for June 2006 from Nielsen//NetRatings' Market Intelligence service.
If you bear in mind that the average visit duration for a site includes all those people over a month who may pop into a site for a few seconds while surfing before moving on, some of these average visit times are very high by anyone's standards. Top-ranking NZDating's average of 18-1/2 minutes, for example, is calculated across its 309,372 visitors while 4th-ranking Trade Me's 14-minute average is across 2,665,010 visitors!
