Call for Software Companies to exhibit their goods at Connectivity 2006.

This year, instead of holding an annual software summit Canterbury Software would like to invite the software community to showcase their products at New Zealand’s only true trade event. The dates for this year's trade show (previously ES Connectivity) have been confirmed as November 21st and November 22nd at the Christchurch Convention Centre.

Connectivity 06 is New Zealand’s premier trade show for the electronics, and software industries to display their world-leading products and services to local and international guests. There is an emphasis on developing and furthering relationships in these industries and most importantly “doing business”

At Connectivity last year 42 companies exhibited and over 600 visitors attended the two day event. This year it is expected that over 60 companies will exhibit and over 1000 visitors will attend. At the event companies can showcase their innovative products to new and existing customers as well as exploring possible collaboration with other companies.

The event is set to be bigger and better than ever before with the trade show expanded to include not only electronics, but also our creative, clever and innovative software companies. To accommodate this expansion, a second hall at the Convention Centre has been booked. This will allow attendees to explore the ever increasing convergence between the two technologies..

The theme for this year’s event is Growth and how New Zealand companies can grow their businesses and further expand their reach into international markets. A range of relevant seminars will also be held during Connectivity 06 to explore the theme for the two industries.

Last year's Connectivity was a roaring success with exhibiting space sold out, we had to turn away exhibitors. Register now to make sure you have the chance to showcase your company’s products at this year’s show.

For 2006 we have kept the costs of exhibiting at the same low price of $500 + GST and visitors can attend the trade show for free . We recommend that you get in quick to reserve your place at the event as exhibitor space is filling up fast.

Canterbury Software, as one of its membership privileges will offer a special 20% (excl GST) discount to all of its members. This takes the price to exhibit down to $400 + GST.
