BP Vouchers for Volunteers
BP Vouchers for Volunteers
On Sunday September 10th BP New Zealand will announce the successful applicants of the ‘BP Vouchers for Volunteers’ programme.
The programme, launched last month, invited applications from volunteer organisations for thousands of BP fuel vouchers. Registered charities or volunteer organisations that rely on voluntary assistance and use vehicles were eligible to apply.
Managing Director Peter Griffiths said “Every day thousands of volunteers give up their spare time to help others who are less fortunate. BP New Zealand recognises that increasing global fuel prices are having a big impact on volunteers who use vehicles to do their work. We wanted to do our bit to help out and were overwhelmed by the response with over 3000 applications. We look forward to announcing the successful applicants on Sunday.” he said.
Successful applicants will be advised by email and in the Sunday Star Times on Sunday September 10th.
