PharmaZen appoints new director

PharmaZen appoints new director
Ken Fergus has been appointed to
the board of biotechnology company PharmaZen. Currently a
director of a number of substantial private companies in the
manufacturing, property and service sectors, he was a
partner in Ernst & Young and its antecedent firms from
January 1978 to June 2006. His directorships include Kawarau
Jet Services (chairman), McCrane Management Group
(Queenstown property), De Haan Ltd (inbound tourism), Otago
Trust Ltd (finance company). He replaces David Smallbone,
who has
retired.
