Pyne Gould Corporation accepts resignation of Tim Saunders as director
Pyne Gould Corporation has accepted the resignation of long-serving board member Tim Saunders.
Chairman Sam Maling said Mr Saunders had been an outstanding director.
“Mr Saunders has served the group for more than 23 years and he has been a substantial contributor over that time. His record and contribution as a director have been exemplary.
“I believe shareholders would acknowledge this, and on behalf of the board I wish to record our gratitude for this outstanding service.”
The board has no immediate plans for a replacement.
