New Distributor for Goldwater Wines

Goldwater Wines announced that as from 1 November 2006 the New Zealand distributor for the Goldwater range of wines will be Vintage Wines and Spirits.

Vintage Wines replaces Glengarry Hancocks as national distributor for Goldwater as part of an alignment with other brands owned by the New Zealand Wine Fund within Vintage’s portfolio. New Zealand Wine Fund’s other brands include Vavasour and Dashwood. Vintage Wines has built and continues to build Dashwood as one of the fastest growing brands in New Zealand.

Nick Hern of Vintage Wines said “We are delighted to be taking on the Goldwater range. The Goldwater brand has been synonymous with quality and skilled winemaking for many years. The Goldwater portfolio is extremely complimentary to the Vintage Wines business as we have some very exciting things planned with our premium portfolios.”
