Auckland entrepreneurs enjoyed a rare opportunity to meet with Sir Richard Branson in New Zealand earlier this week.

The British billionaire joined Auckland couple Phil and Corinna Jones and members of their Presidential Inner Circle for breakfast on Tuesday (January 16, 2007) at the city’s Hyatt Hotel.

Sir Richard took the time to share his wealth creation secrets with the group, some of whom had travelled from Australia and India just to be present.

Corinna who is CEO of the Presidential Inner Circle and Richmastery Ltd, said: “What a great start to 2007!

“Sir Richard Branson is a true entrepreneur who is always pushing boundaries and not afraid to take on a challenge.

“He is a real inspiration and a great role model – I think he has inspired us all to achieve even more form our businesses over the coming year!”

The Virgin tycoon flew out of New Zealand straight after the Presidential Inner Circle breakfast.

“We were really grateful and feel extremely privileged that Sir Richard was able to spare the time to have breakfast with us given that he was only in New Zealand for such a short time,” added Corinna.

The Presidential Inner Circle is an exclusive club, open to only 50 businessmen and women worldwide.

It was established by Phil and Corinna in February 2006 as a networking group which would share and inspire each other with their individual business expertise and that of guests such as Sir Richard.

Corinna said: “The Presidential Inner Circle has become a real success story.

“Over the past 12 months we have met some of today’s most powerful people including Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Rupert Murdoch, James Packer, Prime Minister John Howard and now Sir Richard Branson.”
