Meat & Wool New Zealand Chairman stepping down
Meat & Wool New Zealand and New Zealand Meat Board Chairman, Jeff Grant, has confirmed he will not be seeking the role of Chairman of the two organisations after the Annual General Meetings next month.
Mr Grant will continue as a Director of both organisations until the end of his term in 2008.
He has been the Chairman of the New Zealand Meat Board since 2001 and was the first Chairman of Meat and Wool New Zealand, formed in 2003.
The Annual General Meeting of Meat & Wool New Zealand will be held on Thursday 8 March, 4.30 pm at the New Zealand Fighter Pilots Museum, Wanaka Airport, Wanaka. The Meat Board Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday 29 March at 3.00 pm at the New Zealand Meat Board offices, Level 13, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 113-119 The Terrace, Wellington.
