New senior associate for Minter Ellison Rudd Watts

Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has promoted Chloe McLoughlin to the position of senior associate.

Chloe advises both public and private sector clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her fields of expertise include information technology, intellectual property and media/entertainment law.

Her experience includes drafting, reviewing and advising on a variety of commercial agreements, advising clients on a range of commercial compliance issues, advising on intellectual property issues, and providing general company law and corporate governance advice. She has also worked on secondment for New Zealand Post, the State Services Commission and the New Zealand Film Commission.

Chloe’s promotion is in recognition of the experience she holds in her areas of practice. Chloe is based in the firm’s Wellington office.
