UTICA was until now provisioning their exchange system manually. They needed a platform which could automate their Hosted Exchange in order for them to increase customer satisfaction and reduce staff work.

Implementing Cortex has helped to unlock the full potential of Utica managed services offerings and has prepared the firm to capture a bigger share of the market with new innovative hosted offerings based on Microsoft technologies.

The EMS-Cortex implementation team performed the installation without affecting any user’s live services resulting in no interruption to the business. Their new provisioning platform was up and running within a few hours and all the existing users and customers were gradually migrated over the next few weeks.
