New construction partner for Minter Ellison
Rudd Watts
Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has appointed Stephen Price as a partner in their real estate division, bringing the number of real estate partners nationally to eight and total partners to 35.
Stephen is an experienced construction lawyer and leads the firm’s construction team.
Stephen specialises in providing advice in all aspects of construction and commercial property issues for both commercial and residential matters, from negotiation and administration through to dispute resolution. He also advises clients on building and construction contracts, leases, property, general commercial and Fair Trading Act matters.
Stephen appears in the District and High Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He is also very experienced in arbitrations and mediations, as well as adjudications and enforcement of payment claims under the Construction Contracts Act 2002.
Stephen joined Minter Ellison Rudd Watts from another prominent New Zealand law firm, and is based in the firm’s Auckland office.
