Burdon as General Manager Global Marketing for Pernod Ricard
New Zealand
Miranda Burdon has been appointed as General Manager Global Marketing for Pernod Ricard New Zealand and assumed her new position on 19 March 2007. Miranda joins Pernod Ricard at an exciting time for the business, with both domestic and export markets performing strongly.
Miranda has extensive marketing and commercial experience having worked for a variety of companies most recently Telecom (Yellow Pages) and New Zealand Dairy Foods.
Miranda has a BCom majoring in Marketing from Otago University and a BA in International Relations from Victoria University. Reporting to Fabian Partigliani, Managing Director of Pernod Ricard New Zealand, Miranda will be based in Pernod Ricard’s Head Office at the Viaduct Harbour, Auckland.
Pernod Ricard New Zealand represents a strong portfolio of high-profile brands, including on the wine side the brands Montana, Stoneleigh, Lindauer, Corbans, Church Road, Jacob’s Creek, Deutz Marlborough Cuvée and Wyndham Estate, and on the spirits side Chivas Regal, Wild Turkey, Jameson, Stolichnaya, Malibu and Kahlua.
