Aussie Call Centre selects TelstraClear
Australian market research company DBM Consultants has set up shop in New Zealand, using TelstraClear as its telecommunications provider.
Focused on the Australian market, the Auckland call centre conducts market research calls across the Tasman, using TelstraClear’s trans-Tasman capability.
TelstraClear Head of Large Enterprises Mark Wilson says TelstraClear has developed a solution that gives the market research company a competitive advantage.
“TelstraClear’s trans-Tasman capability has enabled us to offer DBM Consultants a fully integrated solution, with the added benefit of a very low landline call rate to the Australian market. Our three year contact includes a PBX, trans-Tasman data connection, Internet, mobile and ISDN lines.”
DBM Consultants Managing Director Dhruba Gupta says the design and installation of the solution for the new call centre was flawless.
“We’ve been extremely impressed with TelstraClear’s professionalism and ‘can do’ attitude when developing and implementing the solution. We wanted a seamless telecommunications solution for our operations, and TelstraClear has certainly delivered that.”
DBM Consultants is one of Australia’s leading market research companies.
Their Auckland call centre currently holds 40 seats, with capacity to grow to around 100.
