Fog update at Auckland Airport
Auckland International Airport advises that fog which caused delays to aircraft departures and arrivals today is starting to lift and flights are now returning to normal.
Two international and six domestic flights were directly affected. An Air New Zealand (NZ38) flight from Hong Kong diverted to Ohakea at 8.30am has now landed at Auckland and a Korean Air flight (KE823) which was earlier diverted to Christchurch is scheduled to land in Auckland at 1pm.
Updated flight arrival information is available on the Auckland International Airport website www.auckland-airport.co.nz.
Meeters and greeters are also advised to check directly with the relevant airline.
