Kiwi’s heading to CCUSA Summer Camps

THE BEST SUMMER OF YOUR LIFE

Kiwi’s heading to CCUSA Summer Camps
As of the 21st May this year several hundred Kiwis will be leaving New Zealand soil bound for a fun filled American Summer working in Children’s Camps. Summer camp is an amazing experience for young Americans, but it is even more amazing for the New Zealanders who work at them. They are heading off to have one of the most rewarding experiences of their lives.

There are many different types of camps requiring many different skills, you could find yourself as a lifeguard, a tennis instructor, a photographer, teaching your favourite sports or just hanging out, and sharing your culture and life experiences with the youth of America.

Due to the phenomenal work ethic and fun personalities of counselors from Down Under, Kiwis have become popular by American Camp Directors. CCUSA is looking to take over even more eligible Kiwis in 2008 The CCUSA program places counselors/leaders in a 9-11 week job at a summer camp and includes up to $1830 US Pocket money, a J1 Work visa, 4 months fully comprehensive travel insurance and unbeatable group discounted airfare deals. Summer camps run from May to August and participants must be no younger than 18 years of age.

Doesn’t this sound like the best way to spend a Kiwi winter, hanging out on a lake in one of America’s many summer camps, visiting all those amazing sites throughout the USA and making friends from many different countries around the world. CCUSA Country Director, Gabby Mills has attended Summer Camp for 3 years and believes that it is truly the “Best Summer of your Life”.

If you would like to experience a fantastic summer overseas and are willing to work hard and have fun, contact CCUSA for a brochure and information on how to apply.
