Used Vehicle Reviews, for you, by you.
AutoBase.co.nz recently launched a feature unique in the New Zealand automotive industry on their vehicle classifieds website.
The feature allows the general public to write reviews and rate used vehicles they’ve owned, allowing other viewers to read reviews from real people about everyday vehicles.
AutoBase identified that while ‘New Vehicle’ reviews are common place on automotive sites, the vast majority of New Zealanders buy used vehicles, and a review of a vehicle when new is of little value years after its release.
“If you’re looking for a 1998 Toyota Camry, you don’t care what it was like NEW in 1998, you care what it’s going to be like after 9 years of use.” says AutoBase Ltd Marketing Manager, Dan Angland.
This additional feature has been launched as part of the new look www.autobase.co.nz website which is currently the third most visited vehicle classifieds website* in New Zealand with over 800 dealers advertising and upwards of 45,000 dealers vehicles at any time, more than any other website in New Zealand.
AutoBase’s vehicle classified advertising website was first established in 1999, and in 2003 AutoBase entered into a joint venture partnership with Trade Me to provide all the dealer retail vehicle listings on Trade Me Motors.
