Minister to throw gumboot at Small Business Expo
The Minister for Small Business Hon. Lianne Dalziel will join the record numbers of people streaming into the Small Business Expo on today at the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland.
The Minister will line up to throw a gumboot at the Vero Insurance stand, just one of the interacting interactive trade exhibits being showcased at the Small Business Expo which is open until 8pm this evening. The Minister then presents a number of awards for the Vero Excellence in Business Support Awards at a black tie gala dinner for 600 business people, VIPs and media in the Logan Campbell Centre.
“The expo is everything I expected,” says Russell Toplis from accountancy firm Ross Melville PKF, an expo exhibitor. “It’s a multifaceted show with exhibitors, an ongoing seminar series and the awards which celebrate the efforts made by New Zealand’s business organisations in supporting our small to medium-sized enterprises.”
